Reviews and Ratings
Although the hotel had some issues like rooms being wet and extremely dirty, the location was superb, close to many Branson attractions. The service was a mix of great and unapologetic attitudes, and the dining was expensive with no value. However, the waterpark and overall facilities were enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable enough for all six of us, and my son had plenty of space to run around. However, the room was wet, and the prior room was even worse. The hotel's location was the only good thing, but the cold water was a letdown. The dining experience was below expectations with only cold food available. Overall, it was an average stay with some disappointments.
The hotel offered an average room experience, with issues like water leaking from the ceiling at midnight and inadequate bath towels initially. However, they made rooms available promptly after concerns were raised about relocating us due to bugs. The service was a mixed bag with accommodating staff but some disappointments like not returning promised appliances. The location was convenient for exploring Branson attractions but had its drawbacks with cold water in the water park and some sketchy side buildings. The dining experience fell short of expectations with missing hot breakfast and additional charges not included in the room price. The facilities were decent overall.
